Terms and Conditions

       By placing an order with PK Sourdough MicroBakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

                                                  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.           

1. Orders

     * All orders must be place through our website or by calling our business line

     * Orders are accepted until Wednesdays at 5:00 pm every week.

     * Orders are subject to product availability

2.  Pick-Up

     * Pick-up is available on Saturdays between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM at our Mesa, Arizona location

     * Customers must select a pick-up time when ordering.

     * Please arrive within your scheduled window; we cannot guarantee product freshness if not collected          

        on time.

3.  Payments

     *Payments must be made in full in person when picking up order

     * We accept Cash/Zelle/Venmo

4. Liability

     * We are not liable for any adverse reactions to foods consumed or handled from our bakery.  Customers

         are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

5.  Intellectual Property

     * All content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, is the property of PK Sourdough Bakery and

        may not be used without permission.

6.  Governing Law

     * These terms are governed by the Cottage Laws of the State of Arizona

7.  Allergens & Ingredients

     * All baked goods are made with organic ingredients

     * These products were produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens

        and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspections.
