  • BEST STORAGE FOR FRESHNESS

Allow your loaf to cool completely before slicing.  Cutting too soon can release steam and affect texture.

Store at room temperature in a paper bag, bread bag, or wrapped loosely in a clean kitchn towel no more than 2-3 days. .  This keeps the crust crisp while letting the bread breathe.

Avoid sealing them in plastic at room temperature for too long - moisture can soften the crust and affect freshness.

  • FREEZING FOR LATER

If you won't finish your loaf within 2-3 days, slice it and place the pieces in a freezer safe bag. (we recommend separating your slices with parchment paper to make it easier to take each peice out when needed)

When ready to enjoy, take out only what you need and reheat from frozen in a toaster or the pre-heated oven at 350 degrees.
